Agency Fees: 10% of total consideration

Caution Fee: N500,000.00 (Five Hndred thousand Naira) only being Advance payment of 1 (One) month.
Service Charge: N1,000,000 (One Million Naira) per annum.
Please note that occupants of the premises will be solely responsible for the service charge which shal be managed by “AMAZING GRACE INSIGHT PROPERTIES & INVESTMENT LTD.” Each occupant shall pay N50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira) in advance to cover diesel supply for 6 months, same shall be accounted for at all time.
