Centage Class Account
This is designed to enable you save towards the acquisition of assets such as Household equipments, Automobile, Land, Shares, Office equipment etc.
It is a thrift scheme through which each individual is grouped into classes depending on their preference. The classes range from N20,000.00 to N1,000,000.00.
Each class is a group of five or more people who contribute equal an amount of money on a monthly basis. The contributed pool is given to a member of the class less some commission to the Bank. Subsequently, each member of the class is made to collect his or her own.
For Whom
The scheme is targeted at middle and high income earning class from reputable organizations or established self employed individuals. It is also for Traders with permanent and verifiable contact addresses
Collection Format/Commission Charges
The collection format for contributors into the class is as follows, with the accompanying commission charges.
1st Collector - 4% of the total amount is charged
2nd Collector - 3% of the total amount is charged
3rd Collector - 2% of the total amount is charged
4th Collector - 1% of the total amount is charged
5th Collector - Nil
How To Belong To A Class
Download or request for and fill out an application form
Account holders with Centage Savings and Loans Limited will fill the Bank Standing Order form
Provide two (2) guarantors acceptable to the Bank.
Issue postdated cheques covering the total amount to be contributed.
Submit Two (2) passport photograph duly endorsed at the back by the guarantors.
When a cheque is returned, a penalty fee of 5% is charged on the outstanding balance.
Default fee of 2 % of outstanding balance must be paid by defaulters |
