Dr. Johnson Gabriel Ndukwe is the Managing Director/Chief Executive. He is a graduate of Banking and Finance from Imo State University and an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School (LBS).
He joined Intercontinental Bank Plc in 1991 and rose to the position of Deputy Manager.
He left Intercontinental Bank for Platinum Bank in 2000. He was Chairman of Gajons Beach Resort between 2001 up till 2004 when he was appointed Managing Director/CEO of Centage Savings & Loans Limited.
Dr. Johnson is happily married with two children. He enjoys playing football and reading at his leisure.
Ayinde Bakare is a graduate of Business and Finance from Stockport College of Technology, Manchester, United Kingdom. He majored in Banking and Finance. He equally holds a Post-Graduate Diploma and a Masters Degree in Banking and Finance from the Bayero University, Kano, Nigeria.
Mr. Bakare joined Union Bank Plc in 1975. He worked in various capacities and rose to the position of Sub-Manager, Inspection Department in 1991.
He joined Intercontinental Bank Plc in 1993 as Internal Auditor. There he held various management positions with core experience in the following areas: Consumer Banking, Treasury and Financial Services, Credit/Marketing & Forex Dealings. He also held managerial positions as Branch Manager Ibadan, Kano & Apapa.
Mr. Ayinde Olanrewaju Bakare is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management [NIM]. He joined the re-engineering team of Centage Savings & Limited in 2004 and he is currently the Executive Director. He is happily married to Pastor (Mrs) Adeola Bakare and they are blessed with two girls and two boys.
Johnson Uche is a graduate of Statistics and an Alumnus of the prestigious University of Nigeria Nsukka. He graduated cum laude and won the prize for the overall best graduating student in the Department of Statistics for the 1990/91 session. Throughout his undergraduate programme at the University, he distinguished himself with high level of academic excellence and won several awards and prizes. He also acquired an MBA degree in Finance of the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma.
Mr. Uche has demonstrated dexterity in the banking/financial services industry with well over 15 years experience with competences in Relationship Marketing and Management, Mortgage Banking, Credit & Marketing, Project Management and Branch Management.
Prior to joining the Executive Management of Centage Mortgage Bank, he was an Area Business Executive Lagos Mainland Region of Intercontinental Bank Plc overseeing a number of branches. In Intercontinental Bank Plc, he successfully managed the Creek Road Apapa, Adeniran Ogunsanya Surulere, Herbert Macaulay 1, Alaba 2, Alaba 3, and Tejuosho branches. At a point in his career in Equity Bank, Mr. Johnson Uche was seconded to pioneer the setting up of EBN Finance Limited (now Intercontinental Finance & Investment Limited) and functioned as the Head for over two (2) years before he was recalled to take up other top-level roles in the bank.
Mr. Uche is a member of different professional bodies and has attended numerous courses, seminars and workshops in Relationship Management & Marketing, Credit, Business Ethics, Leadership, Assets & Liability Management, Branch Management, Strategic Thinking, Peak Performance Management, mentoring, etc.
He is happily married with wonderful and great children.
Sylvia Onyejekwe attended University of Nigeria, Nsukka where she graduated with a B.A (Hons) in Linguistics. Thereafter, she joined The Republic Newspaper as an Advert. Spotlight/supplement Officer from 1986-1988. In 1988/89 she had her first experience in Personnel Administration as an Admin/Personnel Officer
She later joined Leisure Land Holiday Resort as a Senior Admin/ Personnel Officer in 1990/91. In 1992, Mrs. Onyejekwe was appointed Assistant Manager. Human Resources/Admin at Home Choice Mortgage Bank, a position she held for four years.
She later joined Resource Matrix Ltd as a Deputy Manager in charge of Human Resources & Admin. Within this period, she obtained her Masters in Public Administration with bias in Human Resources Management from Lagos State University,
Sylvia later left for DEC Oil and Gas as Human Resources Administrator from Year 2000 to 2002. She joined ACEN Insurance Company PLC in Year 2002 as Manager 1 and Head of Human Resources & Admin. She was promoted to the position of a Senior Manager in Year 2004, the position she held till 2007.
As a result of her wealth of experience, she was invited to the team of Centage in Year 2007 as the Head of Human Capital Management.
Mrs. Onyejekwe is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) and Personnel Practitioners Consultative Association (PPCA). She is happily married with children.
Abdul Agbadi is a graduate of Economics from Bayero University, Kano and had his M.Sc Economics (Money & Finance) from the University of Jos.
He started his career in 1986. as a Credit officer in Ladams Finance Ltd, Kano. from where he joined Fonak Investment and Financial Consultants as a Financial Analyst in 1989. He joined Tropical Commercial Bank as Head of Operations in 1994. and in 1999, became Deputy Manager, Operations. He was subsequently appointed Branch Manager. Victoria Island in 2000, a position he held till 2005, when he left for Interglobai Resources Ltd as Assistant General Manager (Operations).
He joined the Treasury and Financial Services department of Centage Mortgage Bank in April 2006 as Head, Treasury and Financial Services department. He later became Manager, Head Office branch. He is currently, Group Head, Treasury and Financial Services.
Born to the royal home of Alasorin Dynasty in Okebukun, Kogi State, Godwin Akinbowale Meseko had worked in various organisations where he gained tremendous experience in banking, marketing and management. He started his banking career with Allied bank of Nigeria Ltd in 1985 from where he moved to Eko International Bank PLC in1989. He had a stint with CPI as business manager in 1997 and Gongoni Company Ltd (1998-2003) from where he joined Infinity Homes Savings & Loans Ltd (Mortgage Bankers) in 2003 as pioneer management staff. He joined Centage Savings & Loans Ltd in September 2008 as pioneer manager of Abuja Branch.
He had his education at Kwara State College of Technology, Ilorin; Yaba College of Technology, Lagos; NIJ School of Post Graduate Studies, Ogba-Ikeja & University of Ado-Ekiti where he obtained his National Diploma in Banking and Finance (1984); HND business administration (1993); PGD Marketing (1997) and MBA (2003) respectively. He is an Associate member of Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered) and other professional organisations.
He is happily married to Asst. Pastor (Mrs) Bomi Meseko and they are blessed with four (4) lovely children. He is a part-time Pastor in The Redeemed Christian Church of God (R.C.C.G)
Orehin Dolapo obtained his Masters Degree (MBA) in Financial Management from the Lagos State University in 1997. He became an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) in 1988.
A seasoned banker, Dolapo Orehin joined Union Bank of Nigeria Plc in 1985 as an Officer, and rose through the ranks to become a Sub-Manager in charge of Internal Audit/Inspection in 1989, and became an Assistant Manager/Credit Analyst in 1996.
Prior to his joining Centage Mortgage Bank as an Assistant Manager, Orehin was the Group Head, Banking Operations at Resort Savings & Loans Limited.
He is currently Deputy Manager and Head, Risk Management and Control.
Chinedum Achinihu had his Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) at Abia State University. Uturu, Abi State, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2001.
He obtained his Masters Degree in Law (LLM) from the University of Ibadan. Oyo State.
Mr. Achinihu started his legal practice in the law office of Rhodes & Rhodes Legal Practitioners. He later joined the services of Sam Erugo & Co. Barristers & Solicitors.
He has been in private legal practice since 2001. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and International Bar Association (IBA). He joined Centage Mortgage Bank as Company Secretary and Head of Legal Services in 2005.
Mr. Emmanuel Akalonu is the Head, Fincon, Business Strategy and IT of the company. He graduated with HND Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri, Imo State, and qualified as Chartered Accountant, (ACCA).
He has extensive experience, which span over years at different industries/ sectors, and various responsibilities within Account and Finance- Audit and Internal control, Credit and Marketing, Risk Management, Business Development and Financial control. He has worked with Dominion Building Society Limited (Mortgage Bankers) between November, 2001 and January, 2005 before joining Centage Savings and Loans limited.
Before his current position, Emmanuel was the business manager of the Trade Fair branch and was at a time the financial controller of the bank.
He attended several seminars/ Trainings organized by regulatory bodies- CBN, NDIC etc, and others by different professional organizations.
Awa graduated from Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu in 1983 with HND in Banking. He served the compulsory one year National Youth Service in the old Ondo state in 1983 to 84 service years, had a brief stint with Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) Channel 6 Aba before he left to join Savannah Bank Nigeria Limited, Jos branch as a Management Trainee in August 1986.
Headed all the major units: such as operations, Accounts, international banking, local remittances, loans and advances. He left Savannah Bank as Operations Officer to join the defunct Meridian Equity Bank in November 1992 as a Senior Credit Analyst. Meridian Equity later became Equity Bank. Awa was involved in Loan Syndication, Credit and Marketing, Retail banking, Risk Management and Loan Recovery. He left Equity Bank as Deputy Manager 1999 for an MBA programme at University of Uyo.
Awa latter joined Chemak Industries Nigeria Limited a Manufacturing Company as General Manager Marketing, from where he joined Centage Savings and Loans Ltd in 2005 as the pioneering Head of Risk management and Mortgage Banking Service. He has also managed the Ikeja Business Unit of the Bank before currently heading Mortgage banking, Real estate and Sales department of the bank.
Awa has attended various professional banking courses and Seminars that cover wide spectrum of Commercial and Mortgage banking services.
Married with four children (two boys and two girls), and take pleasure in reading and watching professional wrestling and boxing.
Adaora Ijezie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in French (Interpretation/Translation) in 1986 from Sorbone University, France. She worked as a pioneer staff with Investment Banking and Trust Company (IBTC) in 1989 as the Bilingual Secretary to the MD/CEO.
In 1993, Adaora moved to the Treasury and Financial Institution Department of African Continental Bank as Assistant Manager.
In 1996, she gained branch training in ACB as HOP at the Idumota branch of the Bank. She further proceeded to various departments of the bank including the Credit Admin Department in 1997.
From 1999 to 2006, Adaora decided to work for herself in a capacity of the CEO of her company- KONADO NIG. LTD. The main function of the company is foreign exchange related of which she successfully headed the team during the era of FX boom. Her company was involved in FX dealings and worked closely with ADB Abidjan and attended other International conferences on Treasury FX.
Adaora joined Centage in 2006 as an Assistant Manager and became the pioneer Branch Manager of the Trade Fair branch. She was formally Head, Treasury/ Financial Services Department and now Head, Products & Services.
She is a member of different professional bodies and has attended numerous courses, seminars and workshops in Relationship Management, Treasury and Investment matters both local and International. Adaora is married with children.
