Chief Alex Adetola Banjo (Chairman, Board of Directors.) He is a solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He has a Masters Degree in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos. He is an Associate Member, Institute of Management Specialist, England. He is also a retired Senior Bank Examiner-Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), as well as a pioneer Executive Director of Amicable Bank Plc, from where he rose to become the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank. |

Mr. Ayo Ayotade (Director) He started work at the Lagos State Tax Office after which he moved to Ibru Fisheries where he held various accounting positions. He later joined Amicable Bank Plc as Chief Inspector and subsequently became Chief Accountant of the Bank. Currently, Mr. Ayo Ayotade is into private practice as a chartered accountant. He is the Managing Partner of A.O. Ayotade & Co. a firm of chartered accountants. |

Dr. Johnson Gabriel Ndukwe (Managing Director/CEO) He is a graduate of Banking and Finance from Imo State University and an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School (LBS). He joined Intercontinental Bank Plc in 1991 and rose to the position of Deputy Manager. He left Intercontinental Bank for Platinum Bank in 2000. He was Chairman of Gajons Beach Resort between 2001 up till 2004 when he was appointed Managing Director/CEO of Centage Savings & Loans Limited. Dr. Johnson is happily married with two children. He enjoys playing football and reading at his leisure. |

Prior to joining the Centage family, Stanford worked for the Obama Administration on the Home Affordability Modification Program (HAMP) as an SME and was instrumental to the development of the compliance program with Freddie Mac as the compliance agent. He managed a team of bank examiners and IT professionals that performed and managed periodic onsite and offsite compliance audits of the financial institutions participating in the program. Ensured that audits effectively assess, identify and resolve any credit and operational risk exposures that may hinder the ability of the financial institutions to modify mortgages as stipulated by the U.S. Congress and the U.S. Treasury Department supplementary guidelines. Evaluated their potential impacts and reviewed the strengths and weaknesses of existing controls. Determined if the financial institutions are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. He also worked for Capital One as a Compliance Director, where he managed the Compliance Assurance Resolution team of attorneys and compliance experts. He was a Vice President, Compliance & Operations for Private Banking for Zions Bank. He was a member of the Salt Lake Economic Development Council. Vice Chair of Utah Consortium of Minority Group, member, U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Stanford earned an M.B.A in Finance and Master of Science in Information Technology from Westminster College and Webster University respectively. He’s currently a PhD student in Systems Engineering at the George Washington University. He is an Adjunct Professor of Information Technology. He and his wife, Amy, have four children. |
