In 2005, with the coming on board of new investors acquiring 65% of its shares, the bank put in place a dynamic Board and a crack Management team comprising highly trained and experienced banking professionals that have positioned Centage Mortgage Bank as one of the leading players in the Mortgage sub-sector in Nigeria.

Our consistency and commitment to the delivery of excellent services has led to the repositioning of the bank.  We are strongly positioned in the market with a paid up share capital of =N=3,000,000,000.00. We are one of the most capitalized Primary Mortgage Institutions in Nigeria.
